Powering Virtual and Augmented Reality with Your Physiology: New Biofeedback Tools to Manage Chronic Stress and Anxiety

*Free Webinar*

Virtual and Augmented reality have demonstrated themselves to be effective tools for managing symptoms associated with chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, and addictions. The NeuroMeditation Institute has joined forces with Healium to create meditation-based experiences that are powered by your brainwaves and heart rate.  Early research has demonstrated that this combination can shift mood, feelings of anxiety, and physiology in as little as 4 minutes, making it a dynamic and engaging addition to your self-care or treatment approach.

In this webinar you will:

  • See a demonstration of virtual reality and augmented reality meditation experiences

  • Understand how your brainwaves and heart rate can control these experiences as a form of biofeedback/neurofeedback

  • Discover how these tools are being used to manage stress and anxiety

  • Explore the research findings

  • Learn about the future directions of this technology

The Healium VR application can be purchased for Oculus Go headsets and used with or without the Muse EEG sensing headband. For purchase options go to www.tryhealium.com. The Healium AR application is available on both iOS and Android phones by searching "Healium AR" in the play store. This app can be optionally powered by an Apple watch or Muse EEG sensing headband.
