Focus NeuroMeditation: 6-Week Group

Increase your concentration, get focused, build accurate self-awareness, and learn to shift your attention away from negative or painful thoughts. This 6-week class takes a practical, brain-based approach to the practice of meditation.  In these classes you will learn how and why meditation works. We will explore a wide variety of tools and techniques to  build and support your practice, recognizing that everyone is different and the same approach may not work for everyone.

The Focus style of NeuroMeditation is an excellent foundation for any meditation practice and may be especially beneficial for those seeking to develop improved concentration, stability of attention, and self-awareness. It can also be a powerful tool to help manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD.

In this course you will learn:

  • How Focus NeuroMeditation influences brain functioning

  • A variety of seated and movement-based Focus Meditations

  • Tips and strategies to strengthen and deepen your practice

  • How to use technology to enhance your meditation experience
