Yoga, Neuroscience, and Pain

Come learn techniques that you can use at home to ease your experience with pain. We'll also discuss fundamental principles of pain science and how yoga works with your nervous system to relieve suffering.
Instructor: Angela Grace, C-IAYT, ERYT500, C-NMI, holds MS degrees in the fields of neuroscience and education. She is a trainer with the NeuroMeditation Institute and has 15 years of teaching and practice experience. Angela Grace is a continuing education provider for Yoga Alliance, the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and the NeuroMeditation Institute School of Yoga.
