In this comprehensive, three-day certificate course, Licensed Psychologist Dr. Jeff Tarrant, will share powerful clinical tools that will bolster your treatment plans to reduce stress, manage depression and anxiety, ground traumatized clients, and help you to work with a variety of other disorders. Dr. Tarrant’s Board certification in neurofeedback, 15 years of teaching Mindfulness and Meditation, and a research focus on brainwave change resulting from contemplative practices, uniquely position him to connect Meditation and Mindfulness to their direct impacts on the brain, psychological disorders, and daily functioning.

The 3-day Certificate Program begins with the 1 day foundations course with 2 additional days of hands-on training and practice.  This option is for those clinicians that want a deeper understanding of the science and practice of the NeuroMeditation system.  You will receive detailed instruction on how to successfully use dozens of core and advanced skills and learn how to apply them to the specific mental health disorders you see in your office each day.  In this workshop, you will have the chance to master what you’ve learned so you are confident and ready to use these techniques and tools in your very next session!
