The Quiet Mind Style of NeuroMeditation involves entering a state of consciousness that is “pure awareness” or spaciousness, with no specific thoughts or images present. This style of NeuroMeditation can help reduce the amount and intensity of negative self-talk, resulting in mental calmness, serenity, and presence of mind. Quiet Mind can be an ideal practice to help manage stress, anxiety, and depression. This 6 week course runs from October 15 – November 19.

Classes are held on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the new NeuroMeditation Institute location (115 W. 8th Ave., Ste. 360 Eugene, OR 97401).

Sessions will begin promptly at 6:00 and the outside doors to the building are locked at 6:15. If you know you will be late, please notify us in advance so we can make accommodations.
